Returns and Exchanges

Huma Gul Returns & Exchanges Policy:

As part of our Quality Assurance Certification, we are committed to ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction. 

  • Every order goes through strict quality control procedures by our qualified staff and surveillance cameras during packing and handed over to the courier.
  • However, we strongly encourage customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery
  • It is rare, but if you observe something wrong, do not use the article, follow our return and exchange guidelines below so that we can resolve the issue.

How to Start Returns & Exchanges Process:

  • Report any issue within 2 calendar days.
  • Send your order number + photos/videos evidence. WhatsApp: +92 340 39 39 39 7.
  • Wait for our approval (usually granted within 2 working days).
  • Pack the unused item and return inside original packaging along with invoices/tags.
  • Once we receive the item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection and promptly inform you of the outcome of your return or exchange request.

International Orders – Returns & Exchanges:

  • Refund, replacement or exchange coupons are issued within 5 working days.
  • If an item is incorrect, or defective due to oversight at our end, you will be refunded the original shipping costs.
  • Based on your preference, we can issue a replacement of the same value as the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.
  • For “Change of mind” exchange and returns, customers pay all return shipping, custom duties and taxes.
  • Orders via credit card can be cancelled within 12 hours to allow us to issuance of refund vouchers.

Pakistan Orders – Returns & Exchanges:

  • Refund, replacement or exchange coupons are issued within 5 working days.
  • If an item is incorrect, or defective due to oversight at our end, you will be refunded the original shipping costs.
  • Otherwise, the customer will have to bear the shipment cost.

General Notes:

  • Based on the video/photo evidence, and our internal packaging surveillance videography before shipment, if the article is found to be incorrect, or defective due to oversight at our end, we will send you a replacement article.
  • No refund for refused/uncollected parcels.
  • Please do not return any items without first initiating an exchange or return request
  • Articles purchased at a discount are not qualified for return.
  • Packing boxes are not exchangeable.
  • Customized orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, if you received an incorrect measurement, please send us evidence of the error in alterations, and we will fix the issue.
  • Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
